NANCY STEINER, VICE PRESIDENT MEDIA SERVICES/ account management
An honors graduate from Louisiana State University’s Manship School of Mass Communication, Nancy served as president of the university’s student chapter of the American Advertising Federation while an undergraduate. She began her advertising career at DAA as an intern in 1989 and was offered a full-time position at the agency prior to graduation.
Nancy’s responsibilities include overseeing all media research, media planning and media relations. Nancy is adept at rate negotiations, stretching budgets on behalf of the agency’s clients and driving unique media executions.
She is involved with all Diane Allen accounts and serves as the point person for the several of the agency's key accounts, including Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers and Baton Rouge General Medical Center.
A former president and board member of the Greater Baton Rouge Advertising Federation, Nancy received the American Advertising Federation’s prestigious Silver Award for her outstanding contributions to the Baton Rouge Ad Fed and the local community.
She was recognized as President of the Year by the AAF 7th District, a five-state region. That same year, she was recognized by the American Advertising Federation for Outstanding Club Management. She has received the Advertising Industry Media Buyer of the Year Pinnacle Award and was named Advertising Agency Professional of the Year by Women In Media.
