Prior to co-founding Diane Allen & Associates, Al worked as a copywriter and broadcast producer at two different ad agencies in Baton Rouge, Benjamin Advertising and Root & Associates. His creativity has been recognized with many Gold & Silver ADDYs, as well as Best of Show Awards by the American Advertising Federation. As a creative director, Al leads the DAA creative staff as well as working with outstanding freelance creatives from across the country on projects for agency clients. Al is also a recipient of the Goldsby Award for lifetime professional achievements.
